Yes. Every session is tailored to your current needs, pain patterns, and goals. Your care is never a “one-size-fits-all” approach — it’s guided by what your body is communicating that day.

Your first session is an opportunity to establish a clear understanding of your body, your concerns, and your goals for care. The session is guided by your comfort and needs, with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and restoration.

I accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and electronic payments. Please be aware that to book online, you will be required to put down a card number.
Insurance: I do not bill insurance directly. Sometimes, through the right insurances and HRA programs you can get reimbursed. I can write out receipts for you, but other insurance questions I cannot help with.

Out of respect for my time and other clients, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost to the card on file. N call, no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Yes. I plan to offer professional training rooted in therapeutic technique, intentional care, and healing-centered practice. These programs will prepare students to pursue certification and practice as licensed massage therapists.
